IC’s employee’s and pay or rent
Ok so some of you know I am in the process of opening my own studio 🙂 we stalled out when my mom got sick and my FIL died. Back in the process of looking at places and we may have found "the one". I will be teaching pole, vegas stiletto fitness and burlesque and doing lots of parties. I'm also talking to some other people about coming in and teaching contortion, flexibility, tribal fusion bellydance, Charleston Cardio ect. So I know its going to vary from area to area but I'm trying to figure out what most people do as far as space rental for classes and if I make them employee's instead of renting out the space to them what is a good amount to pay…..

Studio's in Indianapolis that I have inquired about pay instructor's 20/hr; those are contractor rates, I don't know about employees
