Ok ladies! Fir a long time now, I have been getting this weird light burn and tingle in the top of my right thigh when I stretch. Sometimes I wake up and it feels numb and tingly there too. Can this be a back issue causing it and is there anything I can do? My Dr said not to stretch it. Lol. Ok….

Numbness usually means a nerve is being impinged in some way. There might be a nerve getting piched in your back. You may also have a really tight muscle somewhere in the area that is pressing on the nerve, and when you stretch your leg, you might be compressing the nerve further, causing the numbness. I'd go back to a doctor and have them check you all over. Physical therapy might help.
