So I just put in an order for these last night, and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried these, and if so, what do you think of them? I have the half-finger ones, and while I love the grip the palm affords, my fingers still sweat a lot, making it impossible to even do a basic climb once my hands turn on the faucets. I usually put a little liquid chalk on the tips of my fingers to alleviate this, but it either wears off or is sweated through after a few moves. The full finger gloves seem to be my best option–my new TG gives me way better grip, but it's winter, and I don't think there's a pole in the world that does well in cold weather, so right now the gloves are pretty much necessary to keep me from face planting.

    Hello my dear!!

I also have the same ridiculous sweat problem as you! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif However, I have been using Driclor every night before I sleep and I can honestly say that I have never seen such a DRASTIC improvement in my hands and feet when it comes to sweatiness!!!
It is a MUST try if you haven't done so already!!

As for your question about full-fingered Mighty Grip gloves, I have a pair and I LOVE it! It works so extremely well on Bobbi's Pole Studio's 38mm Brass Spinny poles!!!
I can easily do inverts and spins on these and not have a single issue! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

However, it is a different story at home on my X-Pert 45mm Chrome. It is RIDICULOUS!! Because I have small hands, I find it VERY hard to grip the 45mm with the gloves on and end up ripping them off in sheer frustration! It makes it very unpleasant for me to pole at home.

Hang on…I need to clock off at work!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I will def write more on this when I have a chance!!

For now, this is just a teaser!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I'd LOVE to hear how these workj for you! But, I also was told by my instructor that I didn't need my gloves (half finger) anymore, as I forgot my gloves to take to class, and I did notice a huge difference in my grip. I'm going to order tite grip this week, and will see how that goes. But I do highly suggest using no gloves at home- if you have a pole (and a spotter for invert moves). The grip difference from gloves to no gloves is crazy! But, sweaty hands SUCK! argh. Nice to see another sydney sider:D

I always start off poling bare-handed, but it ususally gets to a point where I'm just so frustrated that it's either use something, or not get any practice done because I'm slipping and sliding all over the place. I've tried several grip aids and found that most of them come off before I can get through a whole song, so for me at least, gloves seem to be my best option. I've just always been a heavy sweater with any type of physical activity, unfortunately.

I agree with Joyful – I've recently started using Drysol which is the equivalent to Driclor – Drysol is sold in the US by prescription.  It has really helped me out a lot – before the Drysol I couldn't do anything more than one spin or one sexy walk around the pole before my fingers started to sweat through the grip aids – the half fingered gloves didn't work well enough because my fingers were sweating so bad – so I know exactly what you mean.  I was going to try the full fingered gloves myself, but I think I might be ok with just the Drysol – we will see if I change my mind once I get strong enough to start inverting.
