(I know i am nowhere NEAR ready to get my own pole stage and perform for people ) lol but i am just checkin it all out in advance. I was wondering. How much do you girls charge normally for a performance? to bring your x stage and pole somewhere and do a couple songs.? Not sure what a good rate would be. for how many songs or sets. ANY ADVICE would be great thanks!

I have never performed pole, and I'm sure it varies by location, but I would charge AT LEAST $200-250, but I'm thinking $300 and up maybe.

I say this as an occassional hoop performer, where I have a minimum price of $100 to show up somewhere with my hoop. Setting up a stage pole is obviously a lot more involved than pulling out a hoop, so that is definitely a factor in my guess on pricing, plus the fact that the pole is an expensive piece of equipment, you've put a lot of effort into choreo and costuming, etc.

It really depends on if you are associated with a studio or not.  If it is a studio many times the free advertising is the compensation for the performance, especially if it is a big event.

I would say $50-100 an hour would be reasonable.  I doubt that if there will be more than 1 person performing they will pay more so keep that in mind.  This is also Midwest pricing (or at least Ohio).
