Hubby Just Ordered My new Pole

Woooo hoooo! I am so excited!!! My hubby just showed me in his computed that he just ordered my pole for my birthday! Now I will have a 50mm too!!!!!! Yaaaay!!

My pole is 50, and I love it! I feel like it helps me be strong, and really get moves. When I go to class where the poles are 45, the moves are easier, but I love that I am really building strength at home.

I am hoping it will be easier on my arthritis too! I know knee holds are easier on a 50 and SM is easier too for me.

I just got my 50mm so now I have a 45mm and a 50mm at home. Im loving it!

I too have a 45 and 50 at home. I sometimes wonder if it is holding be back…..instead of learning on ONE pole. I love having the two types, but sometimes I wonder.

Congrats on your new pole!!! Hubby did good. : ) I like the variety of having different diameters but prefer 50mm.

I have learned everything in both sizes. The only one I have trouble w is the superman in a50. I can not get a good grip w my hand so I can not extend into the superman.

Thanks for those words…..i find i can only do certain things on one or the other. I spend a lot of wasted time figuring what works best….. 🙁
