So excited!!! Just ordered a new pole!
Posted by JeHanne on March 13, 2012 at 11:56 pmRecently I got the Platinum Stages vaulted ceiling adapter installed in my pole room so I could change out poles based on finish and size. I have a small space and can only have one pole up at a time. I've been using a 45 mm brass.
I just ordered a 50 mm stainless steel and am so excited for it to arrive!!! SS works best with my body chemistry.
I know if I exclaimed to anyone "I just ordered a 50mm SS pole!" I would get the tilt head to side with puzzled expression response… so I had to share with people that would 'get it'.
I just had to shout out… can't wait!!! I love pole!!!

I recently received a stainless steel 50mm from Platinum Stages and am very happy with it.
Congratulations. You're right, a new pole is fun that the rest of the world just doesn't understand.

Lucky!!! I want a 38 ss sooo bad it's killing me. The only reason I'm NOT getting it is because I was looking at apartments in the area I WANT to move next and some of the apartments say "high ceilings." Can't go from an 8ft 1 piece to high ceilings… 🙁

Horray for the new pole!
Someone in my area is selling a 45mm titanium gold xpert and I really want it despite the fact that I haven't put up my chrome xpert since I got my stage pole 5 months ago. I emailed to ask the girl about it last week but she hasn't gotten back to me. Maybe it's a sign that four poles is too excessive…
-
Thanks!!!
You can never have too many poles… excessive… never!!! : )
I thought about the 38 but I like the bigger diameter so I am going back to 50. I am so excited! SS is my favorite finish. It will be nice to have the variety. I have a house with average ceilings and a ceiling mount… not anticipating any moving so this should hold me for quite a while.
I would love some high ceilings…. that would so be worth selling my poles to order taller poles. I have one climb and I'm at the ceiling. Grrr.

Yeah! I love my stainless steel pole. Once it is warmed up, it stays in the zone for me and is super sticky. Congrats!
True story – when I was eagerly awaiting my pole delivery, I ran to a ringing doorbell thinking it was UPS, only to find Jehovah Witnesses. If only they knew why I flew open the door with such a big grin!

Thank you, LOL regarding the true story. I'll make sure I see UPS truck before I fling the door open. I got a shipping confirmation today… it is on its way. YAY!!!

Congrats on your new pole. It's hard for me when waiting for any type of shimpent to come in. Every time I hear a truck or a door of some sort, I'm at the window peeking out. Neighbours probably think I'm nuts https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Thanks! That's funny re peeking out to see what is going on. I just pulled up the confirmation and Monday is the anticipated delivery date.. woo hoo!!! Will be here before I know it.

I have a PS stainless and it's my favorite pole ever! Mine is a 45 though. Nothing works as magically as stainless for me. Everything else is either too slippery or too grippy… stainless is grippy enough for me to stay on but my skin doesn't get all burned and ripped while spinning or sliding either. I don't think I'll ever own something NOT stainless, lol.

It arrived today!!! I set it up and I am in LOVE! Stainless Steel is the pole for me. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

I hope that you can get stainless steel soon or maybe powdercoat your brass? It took me a lot of trial and error.

I think powder coat would be much too sticky for me. My brass already overgrips my legs. I do want a stainless for less grippage and ease of spinning on.
