    Hello everyone!

    After I finish an intense or really long pole session I figure I need something to help my body refuel. This is my favorite protein shake in order of how I put the ingredients in:

    1 Small Banana

    1 Cup Water

    1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder 

    2 Tablespoons of Powdered Peanut Butter (I use PB2 brand… only 45 calories!)

    1 Cup Crushed Ice

    Blend up with hand blender. 

    I was thrilled about the powdered peanut butter, just leared of it recently. I get my powdered peanut butter from amazon:

    haha one day a few weeks ago, I followed my pole session w/McDonald's! I was starving!

    When your hungry, you're hungry!!! I've hit up Sonic for some tator tots after pole class when I am ravenous!

    OJ and vanilla protein powder….tastes like an orange julius!

     

    My other favorite lately has been one that I got on the Anabolic Gourmet site which is his oatmeal cookie protein shake.  I use a smidge of molasses instead of brown sugar and omit the nuts.

    If I am feeling really bad I will make a strawberry cheesecake protein shake using strawberries, graham crackers, vanilla protein, milk/water and neufchatel cheese.  I don't know the amounts.

    I have used brewed with a few granuals of instant thrown in.

     

    Oooohh.  One I got out of clean eating that sounds blech but is pretty tasty is vanilla protein, natty PB, coffee, banana, water/milk and ice.

     

    I have blended just protein powder, coffee and ice before, too.

    I usually pole at home in the morning so I will just "save" some coffee in the machine for my protein shake. Its a little pick me up! (btw, I got this idea from Joel–Pole Dance Fan) 🙂

    Great ideas on the coffee ladies! I have granules that I can add. Will experiment with that. : )

    I have a protein bar- herbalife peanut and chocolate, they taste like a snickers bar to me-yummy!!
