I'm looking for recommendations for moves you can practice without using one hand. Two days ago I sprained my left thumb (came down on it wrong doing a gemini mount – http://poledancedictionary.com/moves/385/gemini-mount/), meaning I am now injured again, and won't be able to use my left hand to grip anything for a few weeks.  I've had to cancel the aerial hoop class I was going to start next week, and probably won't be able to pole properly for about a month.  Aargh!

I plan to try to use my injury recovery time to increase my cardio and flexibility training, but it would also be great if I could pole even a little during this time.  I've wracked my brain for moves I can do using just one hand, but only come up with so much.  I would really appreciate any suggestions, no matter how silly or hard! (I sense I may be practicing a one-arm inversion to elbow grip ayesha very soon…)
