I purchased the 45mm Show girl removable X pole in Febuary. I usually take it down after I use it, I kept it up for a week and I tried to to take it down last night I can not get the adjuster off at all I used my rods even a my brother tried with a wrench still did not work, when my brother would turn it counter clockwise to try to lossen it the whole pole would move. I was ablt to get my pole down on the floor but only part I could disessembe was the A pole from the B pole an the top of the B pole I can get the extension off cause it twisted to were I cant put the Hex key in I figure for that I can get the tube release tool (2X). But I cannot get the adjuster off for the life of me does anyone have any suggestion……. HELP! Please tell me I am not going to have to throw my pole away and get a new one.

Sounds like you should call xpole

I had the same problem with my sport pole. To fix it I put the rod in and pushed with my foot while I pulled the pole in the opposite direction to stop it from turning. It took a lot of effort, I have no idea why it got so stuck.
