LOVE this! I love the grip section with close up pictures of hand placement. I love all the still shots so you can really examine body alignment etc. I've been trying to figure out HOW to put my feet for a knee hold. This gallery picture will allow me to really figure it out. Good job you guys. And as it was mentioned, I don't know HOW you find the time………..crazy!!!!!!!
