    Ok, I know someone has probably asked this before, but I have to ask.  I know everyone is different, but is there any advise on specific exercises that will help increase core and upper body strength? Something that actually work and will increase your core strength. I know the basic situps, planks and straight leg raises etc… but even after all that some moves still seems  like not enough strength.  So any advise would help.    THANKS….

    I would suggest getting P90X. I bought it off of ebay very afforadably ($50), and these DVD's are the best at thome fitness dvd's, especially for improving strength at home.
