Hi Guys! I wondered if anyone had pole dance flash cards for sale which show each individual move from Beginners all the way to Advanced. I know PFA makes them but they're $65!!!!!!! Which is ridiculous. Does anyone know where you could find them cheaper?

((cough cough)) Veena's Gallery ((cough cough))

I think you can also download the PFA dictionary for free.  There is also a free version of pocket pole that has a bunch of pictures.

If you are any good with computers you could easily put together your own set of flashcards and then get it printed on card stock at an office store or on your own computer for a fraction of the cost.

I was just about to say, you should just do your own set, that sounds like a fun project!

Lol Chem Goddess 🙂 I LOVE LOVE LOVE Veena's Gallery, I wish she sold flash cards of all of the moves in a tiny card like box set. PFA sells them but it's $65!!! That's ridiculous!

These are great ideas, thank you guys!! 🙂 xoxoxo

I have the PFA pole dictionary – I printed it out and put all the pages in a folder.  I also have pocket pole lite (the free one) and then I upgraded to the "full" version, which has a lot more stuff on it – worth the money, in my opinion 🙂

Would be fun to make your own, too 🙂  Note to self:  Must try that, with pics of the stuff I can do so far – maybe as a way of seeing how much (or little – heh heh!) progress I've made 😉

I have the PFA dictionary too, and it's a good resource but I have issues with it, LOL. I would love to see my suggestions implemented. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I would loooove to make my own but don't want to invest the time either. Ho hum!

I have the cards. I wouldnt buy them again if I had a choice. Veena's lessons are much better. Also, I know for a fact that some of the pictures are not "perfect." Collette did not pick the actual pictures out,. She told us of some of the mistakes. Also…even if you have a picture of a move, it doesnt mean you know how to get in or out of it.. Which is the most important part I think. I have all the videos from Felix Cane also…hmm.. hasnt helped that much. I still find youtube vidoes or use Veenas lessions to disect a move and figure it out.

Thank you guys!! I love these ideas!!!

I like Veena's lessons the best, and I want to remember the names of the move associated with Veena's since I only come on this site. I hope that makes sense. You know how some studios call their moves different? Like on Veena's site the move is called "fireman" for example but another studio/card might call it "the flirt" or something like that.

Have you checked out http://www.poledancecommunity.com/? They have a syllabus – free on-line with youtube videos, a paper syllabus and a CD Rom.

@pegasusaerialfitness – would you be interested in selling your set?  If so, I'm interested in buying  ðŸ™‚
