Is anyone else poleing while nursing? My shoulders, back and hips get sore whereas they didn't before. Also since I am so sore the day or two after, I don't  know wether to take it easy or work out. It just started getting sore(wasn't til this month) so not sure if the weight  of carrying around my 20lb 5 mo old everywhere had anything to do with it.

I'm also breastfeeding my 5 month old 🙂 I can't really help with regards to poling as I'm brand new to it (I only started 2 months ago), but I do suffer aches in my shoulders from hunching over while nursing and definitely feel it more after I've been dancing.

Well you look lovely, I can tell you now I didn’t have a nice neat little bump like yours! I have lots of work to do getting back into shape. I can’t say b/fing has had a huge impact on working out for me, except that maybe I can’t go QUITE as high impact as I’d like because I don’t have the energy!

It will come to you I promise! It just takes time:) The energy thing is crazy-I think Clif bars give me a "jolt". I try to have a juice every morning and I try to eat well. I just hope its enough.

The relaxin hormone sticks around for us nursing mums longer than those who are not nursing, which has affected me a little. Just a thought, do you use a sling for bub? I carry my babies in a wrap sling (the Hug-a-Bub type, super easy to make yourself!) and it spreads the weight of baby over both shoulders (can use for front carry – facing in our out, hip carry, back carry) and I find that helps a lot with the aches from carrying a bub. Can nurse in it too 🙂
