I can't stand the taste of coffee either. I really just don't like it. My uncle was convinced that I would "learn to like it" when I entered college and would "need" it for late night study sessions. Nope. I find a cold glass of orange juice just as good of a pick me up as coffee seems to be for everyone else. I do think that coffee smells heavenly. I just can't drink it.

I actually like coffee flavored ice cream, but for the life of me cannot drink a cup of coffee and certainly don't need it to wake up in the mornings.

I have been reading a lot about green coffee extract lately and its benefits (http://www.raysahelian.com/greencoffee.html).  And I am typing this while sipping a mug of joe.  On top of local wines I love finding local brewers and coffee shops (not like the ones in the Netherlands) when we are on vacation.

I do love a good cup of coffee but I don’t agree its any good for you. Its addictive and gives u withdrawall symptoms if ur a heavy coffee drinker.

Perhaps in small doses its good but then if ur not used to it, it can make u shake and give u anxiety. If u don’t drink it already I’d stay away. I however can’t go a day without it

I don't drink too much coffee. A heavy day is 3 cups. However, I am addicted to adding Bailey's Irish Cream to it! I'm quite sure that's not good for me, but I don't really care. Yummy!

I love coffee as much as the next girl however I do try to limit it.  The caffiene is bad for you – it dehydrates your body.  On the other hand, regular coffee is better for you than decaffinated because of the chemical they put in decaf to make it decaf (learned this after I scolded my pregnant friend for drinking coffee!).

Damned if you do, damned if you don't!  Enjoy it, but like everything, enjoy in moderation.

Coffee drinkers rejoice. Recent studies show that caffeine is not dehydrating and even doctors embrace this http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeinated-drinks/AN01661. Thank god because I love my caffeine whether it comes from soda or coffee.

I have been keeping up with some of the coffee and health articles and I have to say, pretty stoked that I no longer need to rationalize… just the other day I made a coffee-related goofy pole dance video.  I cannot function without coffee. Probably should cut back, but currently rejoicing! 😉
