I have MANY. I'll also list moves I'm working on but haven't tried enough to warrant being nemesis moves:

the evil knee hold–I keep telling myself I don't want this one. LOL

    shoulder super invert

elbow grip aysha with left elbow gripping

    split grip aysha

    shoulder mount flip

    jade

    splits

there are many more but this is a start. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif

Right now the Caterpillar is my nemesis. Well, for the past month it feels like. No other move has caused me so much trouble with no progress. I swear I have strong hamstrings!

Handspring, handspring, handspring.  WTF am I doing wrong?

Split grip ayesha…this just does not want to ever click with me.

Handspring….I hope that taking the parkour classes will get me over my fear of faceplanting.

Many other moves I know I just will never get unless I seriously work on my flexibility and I don't really see that happening.

Not handspring…I meant cartwheel (face forward not back)

Marley and bird – I finally got my hips forward, but cannot got past the ouchies to let go.

Superman – My thigh fat grabbing my brass pole makes the flip hard.

pretzel – I am hit or miss with that spin. Some days are better than others. My stupid shoulders need to loosen up more though.

oh yes, handsprings and cartwheel mounts. those too.

    i haven't tried a marley–not sure what that one is. i'm sure it's a nemesis move though!

Yeah…I haven't really perfected that Superman yet. Sometimes I get stuck in a spot where I can hold it and it hurts no more than the actual superman, but my legs are not actually fully together. Awkward…(especially when the cat shows up below the pole and you're afraid of landing on him!)

Oh and my Jade looks so sad. I almost got floor splits but there's a long way to go…

I am intermediate but have soooo many nemesis moves.

    Controlled invert/Chopper
    Reverse grab
    Side climb
2 handed layout (my arms are too short)
    Crouch spin (bad wrist)
    Rockstar spin
Spin up from floor/spin down from pole.

    Ughhhhhhh

Chopper! Have a hard time getting my hips over my head.
Superman, can get into it but have issues holding on with my left hand.
Any move on my weaker side (my left). Lol
Yet to try handsprings and cartwheels. But not looking too promising….

Split grip handspring!!! I finally did it twice over the last few days but it's been months and months… I can do twisted/true grip handsprings, and split grip cartwheel, but that one is just sooo harddd.

    Flag invert.

Cross ankle release got me for a pretty long time.

Knee hold (Can do it now, but I can't hold it for more that a few seconds. My top/hooked knee just slips so much)

    Cup grip shoulder mount.

    Advanced plank.

When I was first learning I remember the Chopper and Reverse Grab Spin being the major issues for me. The Choppeer – for obvious reasons: I just need a few months to build the strength to invert. With the Reverse Grab I was affraid to push my hips forward and hold my weight with just one hand, especially since I was learning on 50mm.

Now the list of nemesis tricks would be very long: Aysha, Shoulder Mount, Pencil Mount, etc. I'm nowhere near handsprings and cartwheels but I would like to be able to do those someday too. 🙂
