There is a PDC move guide available on their website for about £30 the pics aren’t great but a good collection of moves in there, also I have seen some other books just came out in beginner intermediate and advanced. i think they may be on Bad Kitty. If you look on Amazon there are also a few- the pole story, a dummies guide to pole dancing and another couple

Its about a girl and pole dancing. It has some other stuff in it that I’m going to be quite about because I don’t want to ruin it. Its a great book and I can’t put it down I have to force my self just to go to sleep. What is the one that your ordered who is it by and can I get it at Barnes and Noble.

I have the Dummies book, it's definitely great for your self esteem. She gives a lot of great advice and keeps things light. The pictures are hysterical!! I liked "The S Factor" book by Sheila Kelly too, I'd highly recommend that one.

Here is one called The Pole Story written by Claire Sterret.

"Pole dancing is revolutionizing the way in which women relate to sex and their bodies. It has empowered many women through physical fitness and sensual movement. And yet the psychology behind this empowerment has not really been well defined or well understood by many people. This book is the first of its kind to capture and explore these issues. It has the potential to encourage people to examine their prejudices about pole dancing and female sexuality, and to cast the art of pole dancing in an entirely new light."

    $14.95
