    Hello to the Webmaster,

When I tried to open the lesson "grind" under the "lap dance" section, I have the message, stream not found xxxxx: I can't open the video. Could you please help? Thanks,

Generally this is  caused by a faulty plugin or malware in your browser.  You can test this by downloading and installing a new browser such as google chrome or firefox.  Chrome can be found at http://www.google.com/chrome and firefox can be found at http://www.firefox.com

My laptop has the firefox, I've uploaded google crhome but it did not change anything. Today, I am trying from my office where we also have the firefox and I can't see actually any video on SV (lessons or the posted videos) If I go to youtube, no problem.. I don't know what to do…

The way youtube works and the way StudioVeena.Com work are significantly different.  We use a special streaming technology and file access technology that is in place to protect user videos as much as possible.

If you continue to get the same error with other browsers then there is something else interfering with your video.  It is still generally the same answer.  Malware of some kind.  A virus or some type of spyware will usually be the cause of this problem.

Thank you! I am also checking with my IT colleague, hope he will have some time for that.

I feel so frustrated about this….
