Does anyone know of anywhere in the Maryland/DC area which do open practice/pole jam type sessions? Or anywhere I can just go play?! With only being over here for a few months I don't have my own pole at home so practice time is virtually impossible – I've been learning so much new stuff in the studio though and am in desperate need of some time just to go over it all!

If you go to PoleNation.com and type your zip code into the searh box on the homepage it will give you a list of places in your area. Good luck!

Pole Pressure does alot of open mixers and open poles.  On the 21st they are having an open house so you can really check out thier locations.  Im thinking about coming by to the Capitol Hill location on Saturday.

Hey girl! Pole Pressure now has open pole at 7:30 on Wednesday nights. It’s so fun! Hope to see you tomorrow!

Xpose Fitness has 3 locations in the metro/suburban area and several times each week for pole practice/pole jams. There are a lot of studios in the DC metro area , Pole Pressure is great and check out Chic Physique – they probably have practice times too.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm currently toying with the idea of entering a competition after the summer when I get back to the UK but it's video submission and I'm trying to find the time/place to get some extra training in – I'm so out of practice!
