Anybody willing to sell their Insanity! DVDs?
Posted by GiedreB on July 19, 2012 at 9:28 amMostly from Europe would be appreciated cause the cost of shipping from other continents stinks (a uni student is a uni student – poor, lol). But if you're willing to offer a decent price, I'd be more than happy to adopt them from you 🙂
And also, any reviews on this? How did this program help you?HyperHorsegirl replied 12 years, 4 months ago 6 Members · 9 Replies -

Insanity is definitely a challenge. I've tried it 3 or 4 times before successfully completing it. My body got noticeably toned (but only if you are watching your diet/eating healthy). The downside is that it can get a bit repetitive after a while. That's why I love pole sooo much more…I never get bored! But if you're looking for a challenge, go ahead & try it! You will feel very accomplished after completing it.

More power to you, girl! I have a few friends that L.O.V.E. it! And I've seen one dude's body completely transform before my eyes. Besides the "insanity" of the workouts, the big shift for him was switiching to a healthier diet. That was the key to his success. Good luck & have fun on your journey!

Its s great program that will get you results if paired with a healthy diet…but it is so repetitive that I ended up hating it. I still do some of the dvds when I can’t go outside to bike on cardio days but its not the kind of workout I like to do every single day. Good luck I hope you get a good deal.

You can do it for free using 1channel (dot net or dot com, I don’t remember lol)

Ok so I totally lied lol, I checked it and it’s p90x, not insanity, which I thought was the same thing, but my husband infirmed it’s not. Sorry!

Thank you for the replies! I actually found out I can download it! :O I told my boyfriend about this, he searched on Pirate Bay and found loads! Αnd now he's interested too, yay! I really want a challenge and this seems like the best thing. MemphisKitten, keep us posted on the results! I'm interested in everyone's experience and reviews on this 🙂
I was wondering… I eat healthy almost all the time… What if I stayed with my own healthy diet and just add the extra protein that's needed?

I completed my 47th Day of Insanity this morning. I have not seen any drastic results in appearance, but I have seen an increase in my cardio abilities. The dvds do get repetitive. You just have to keep pressing play. Some mornings I absolutely hate it. This morning, I felt triumphant. It varies. You get out what you put in and it is easy to "cheat" and not give it your all. My boyfriend started it with me (lasted one week) and his idea of jumping jacks didn't even involve his feet leaving the floor. It's hard on my knees, one of which needs surgery.
I do not follow any specific diet plan because I have odd diet requirements that prohibit me eating many things. I have not been eating (or craving) fast food while doing Insanity though.
