Starting back in training after an injury.
Hello everyone!
I fell on my head and gave myself a concussion, in the process I also gained several large purple bruises and an achey neck and back. All my muscles have spasmed and I'm super tense.
I've lost sooooo much flexi in a mere week from this incident and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for getting back into training and relaxing my muscles – I've tried hot baths and starting to foam roller now that I'm a bit less sore. Is there anything else you can suggest?
