What specifically are you looking at?  Just by looking their whey isolate is extremely over priced and you can buy l-glutamine (their post workout recovery pill) for $8 for the same amount at Swanson Vitamins (they are charging $30).

I second this, if you want protein powders there a loads better out there, have a read around the body building and fitness sites if you are looking for supps. I am not sure they do much for  pole work, but i am open to learn!

A cheap good protein is one they carry at Walmart and Kroger (also online at bodybuilding.com).  It is made by Body Fortress and runs about $22 for a 2lb container of isolate.  Each scoop is 30g protein and it tastes pretty amazing for a cheap protein.  The isolate is not the easiest to find but that is what you want, not their regular whey.  The vanilla mixes with just about everything (my favorite is with orange juice).  I have tried the chocolate and to me it is just okay.  I would rather have the vanilla and add chocolate syrup or cocoa powder if I want a choclate flavor.

Thanks everyone! I will look at getting the isolate somewhere else. I was also interested in the joint care pills. My main problem is that my hips won't open and was hoping this would help. Has anyone had any luck with taking a Glucosamine supplement?

I am hoping they come out with a vegan, gluten free product before I try it. 🙂

If you look their product has you taking 5 tablets a day.  That is a LOT (and makes the bottle only last I think 20 days). Benefits are typically not seen for 4-6 weeks.  I had tried taking a regimine but the dosing (3x a day) plus the size of the pills (horse) made me stop after a few days.  I was trying it because I am getting older and I feel my workouts every….single….morning and moreso if I don't exercise for a few days.

I know a few people who have has substantial gains in mobility and less joint pain after changing their diet.  Gluten seems to be a big contributor to tightness as well as smoking and not enough water intake.
