So i listen to the instructional videos and maybe i am just overthinking. :). I am new so I am working on the begininger videos. How many are you suppose to do a session?I would like to start this right. What i have been doing is the warm up plus the four exercises that come after because “Beginners stay with the Pole Squat until you can perform 3 sets of 10 reps, then move on to the Single Leg variation”. This makes me thing I am only suppose to preform one lesson. For example are you suppose to do one strength followed by one begininger lesson, followed by one conditioning. And foam rolling when ever you want pretty much….I have done 3sets of 10 for pole squat, pole pile, Foward lunges and Pole leg lifts are in one session….I am trying to locate a pole studio closeby. Ottawa just does not work.. any suggestions on what i should be doing during my lessons i would love it. Cheers 🙂

As mentioned in the first lesson, Watch all "getting started" lessons for EACH section and read descriptions. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif This will help you plan your workout. You might want to use a notebook to write down some of the info I give you. Then you wont have to replay them over and over.

You do all of the "Pole Strength" each time you workout for 2 weeks, as listed in the description. You're not to move on to the Single squat until you be come strong enough, because it is very difficult and beginners don't need to do that one right away. This is the only one you will skip….But you do all other Pole Strength each time you practice, for two weeks. Add in conditioning or foam roller with some stretching if you like to each practice as well.  Remember your going in order. I'm always one to overthink lol

If you still have questions after watching all the getting started please feel free to ask. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
