pole moves
is there a such thing as a book of pole moves? (photographs with names and a lot of them!) if so suggestions please on where to buy, need some inspiration for new moves and ways to not forget abt ones i already have, thanks!!

Ohhh yes I totally understand that. I pole in my garage too, so if anyone does know of a hard copy I'd be interested in that too!
