So this was at the tail end of my knee hold practice which was about two hours worth of sweat blood and tears. lol (Well, no blood, but some definite pole burn for sure.) My hands were pretty sweaty from working out for so long, so there aren’t very many tricks. I don’t know if you can tell because part of me disappears for a little bit, but I was struggling pretty hard a couple of times when I tried to climb the pole. I don’t think the slippage would have been as bad if I hadn’t spent such a long time practicing before actually dancing, because I sanded my pole recently and it’s been a lot grippier.

My shoulder mount should have been a lot more controlled coming down, but my hands started to slip, so I’m disappointed about that. Sorry for the sloppiness–I will get my damn hands sorted out some day. I actually feel like I need full finger gloves, because while the Mighty Grip gloves help my palms, my fingers are still all slippery and they slide around when I try to climb. Any suggestions? Oh, and any body wave/roll suggestions would be much appreciated!! I think that’s probably the hardest pole move I’ve ever attempted. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

    Anyway, here it is:
