Intro myself, I’m from Daytona beach fl, mother of five children, I just had gastric bypass surgery last may 1st I already lost 82 lbs. Im thinking to get my reward for 100 lbs lose. I’m 166 lbs 5’2 right now. I have a hard time to find where to buy xpole and what’s ur recommend for me to use best xpole xpert or sport? I want spinning 45mm or 40 mm?? Gold or silver? Help me to find site in here I tried to find where to buy pole? I want buy tomorrow! Nice to know u all and I do enjoy to read this site and YouTube.

You can buy one right here on Studio Veena or from xpoleus.com. I would personally recommend a chrome 45mm. Everyone will have different personal preferences of course. I feel like it is easier to learn on a 45.
