    It's an elbow gripped lunch box.

    To work on it start with your bow and arrow pose first.  You'll grip your elbow behind your back and bend your other arm placing your hand head height, very slowly lean out and work the bow and arrow pose…when you are comfortable with that you can work the fang – the next thing she does is go into a scorpio type position and then down into a spatchcock.
