    Hi,

I'll be visiting Salt Lake City, UT next month and wanted to still get some pole time in.  Where are good places to go?  I'll be busy most evening since we're visiting family so some place open during the day would be ideal.  Thanks everyone for letting me pick your brains!

Look up Lorinda Kay on facebook. She was my first instructor and she's awesome.

I will also be visiting SLC in October! =)

Last year I met up with Hope McCurdy aka Keiloces and she was gracious enough to pole jam with me.

I also got tips to try out Studio Soiree, but didn't have enough time.

And now that I looked up Lorinda, I see she is an instructor at Studio Soiree.

I’m pulling this conversation up because I am visiting SLC the first weekend in Aug to see my Aunt. I wanted to try out one of the studios while I was there. Looks like there are 3- Bella Me, Studio Soiree, and Le Bombe. Le Bombe was the only place with a class while I was there so I was going to try it out, but when I mentioned it, my aunt said that she had gone to a class there and hated it. It was her first time, and the instructor spent most of the time talking about her vacation with someone in between demoing moves. It sounded like a terrible experience for a new person (not friendly, inviting, or helpful at all).

Any suggestions? I wouldn’t mind taking my aunt to a beginners class if there was a decent one available.
