Theres the tiniest gap between the base of my pole, and where it connects to A pole and ive no idea why! I tried taking the screw for spinny out but that made no difference, after watching online videos they talk about taking two screws out but i only seem to have one if that makes any difference?

The gap is almost as wide as one of the little hex keys though? Im sure I havent noticed this on the ones I use in class which is why im concerned about it?

I think my gap was that big. Call x pole to make sure though

Is there meant to be two screws at the base of the pole? (where you switch between static and spinny?) I've only the one if that makes any difference? I have the pole from a girl I go to classes with but it means waiting til Thursday to ask her and I want to get it going noooow 🙂
I just had it slip on me, and because of the gap it was sitting almost at an angle like –> /
I thought if anything it was too tight when it was up so im thinking its from this space?

There's only one hex screw for changing from static to spin? That doesn't sound like and X-Pole. There should be one on each side at the base of the pole.

No there is two holes one on either side, but only have one screw? Only just noticed it on it and thought it was strange? So im obviously missing one of them then? ha

Yep though it will work just fine with only one screw.

I think I might just be panicing a bit too much with it, I just saw a video on YouTube and they had the exact same gap and it was fine too! Thanks for all you help though everybody! Hopefully ill get it up and be posting videos before you know it! 🙂
