    Hey there….

I am not sure where you are……but the policy type you are looking for would be a commercial general laibilty. It must name the owner on the rider for release etc….

Most policies(at least here in BC Canada) cover all aspects within the CGL and anything that is additionally required can be added.

My CGL cost me $1000 for the year and I am over insured on purpose.

Call a local broker and explain to them what you want. They will get you a quote for the CGL.

I have both my landlord and my City on the rider(if I teach outdoor bootcamp, the city needs to be released from liability as well)

My coverage has everything from liability, fire, theft, flood, earthquake etc………….you name it…,It is in there.

The important thing –make sure it is policy for coverage for your business and yourself.

When I first began getting quotes, they were quoting rates that seemed really cheap…….once I started questioning, I found they weren't fully understanding what I needed/wanted.

They were quoting just fire/theft/property…………not liability.

So make sure they understand you require insurance for the whole shebang…..

Don’t have much help with all of this but make sure if you’re going with any old insurance company that they understand what pole fitness is……… Most studios aren’t actually covered for what they think they are….. Most have dance insurance but as soon as u start doing all sorts of inverts u are no longer covered because that is not dance

Just a little advice… Good luck!!

There is an insurance company that created a policy JUST for pole dancers and studios.  The information is in the link.  Mark can answer any question you may have.
