Missing my pole!
Hey everyone!
I'm new on here, and pretty new to pole as well. I just recently relocated to ND for work, and haven't had any pole for about 5 months now! But my house will be ready in about 3 weeks, and then I'll finally be back in action! I only started poling back in February, and then had to move in the middle of May, so I haven't had much experience, but I LOVE it so much. I was in the studio 4 or 5 times a week while I was in Colorado, and then my boyfriend bought me an xpole for my birthday in March, so I could bring my obession home. 😀 Anyway, ND is pretty void of anything dance related whatsoever, which has been awful for me. I dance lindy hop, blues, and balboa as well, and not having ANY of that here has been way more difficult than I would have imagined.
But, just thought I'd introduce myself, and say a quick hello. 😀

Hello and welcome! I grew up in ND and still have family there! Where are you located? There is one studio in Bismarck and a great place in Fargo! But that is it….

I'm living in Dickinson. I found the studio in Fargo, but that's a little to far to be driving all the time. I didn't know about the studio in Bismarck though! I'll definitely have to try and find it. My boyfriend and I drive out there every other week or so, when we just need to be in an actual city, so perhaps that could be my pole time for now. Haha it was quite a change moving from Denver to Dickinson. We're still adjusting. 😉

It must be a big adjustment!! I don't know if the studio in Bismarck is still there, but it could be worth looking into. If you have a home pole there are always the lessons on here too.

I'll definitely be looking into your lessons here, once I have my pole back. I found that studio in Bismarck online. I emailed her, so we'll see what happens! Thanks so much!
