    I've seen Maneula do that one. It looks like you can just practice it from the ground by gradually take your assiting arm away from the pole from chair.

    I really like that. I just tried it and I can kind of get it with firm grip spray gluing my hand to the pole but in "real life" (as in no aids) not really. I'm gonna work on it. It looks so nice. Thanks for that post.

    Ooooo!!! Thanks for posting! I love that! I’m going to try today. I’ve done one handed chair spins and two handed walks but never that! I wonder how hard it is on a spinning pole?

    Welcome for the post! 🙂 I haven't seen it performed too many times but I have also seen other dancers use that move. It always amazes me! @Nadine… I'm thinking spinning pole would allow the sustained multiple rotations around the pole like in the video. I'm no expert though… just figured on a static she would lose height.
