Spinning pole- Powder coat or SS?
Hey everyone!
So, I'm considering getting a second pole- a Lil Mynx, just like my current pole, because I'll be able to take them down and put them up with ease, since I already have the bracket mounted on the ceiling, and I know what I'm dealing with. But, I'd like a spinning one!
So, this poses the question: Do I go powder coated, or stainless steel? My current, non-rotating pole is stainless, and after it warms up, it's pretty good! I've gotten very used to it, and I enjoy the grip (or challenges of grip) that it offers.
Powder coated, what little I've dealt with, offers MASSIVE grip, at least at first; I don't know how they do after they're warmed up. Cold, however, I stick like nothing else, and that's what I want for a spinning pole.
If I get the stainless, it kind of puts my current pole out of commission, and if I'm honest, I'm kind of attached to it! However, I don't want to get the powder coated and find out that the grip dies once it's warm.
So, does anyone have any insight as to whether powder coated offers the grip I'm looking for?
