how to become a great dancer, your advise please!!!
Hi there,
I was wondering if I could please have your advise. I am a 19 year old female student and have recently started pole fitness, and love it!
My goal is to become a really good skillful dancer and i was wondering if you could please advise me on the best way to become strong, lean and great at pole?
I am vegan ( I eat local raw honey) and try to exercise most days.
How would you recommend to eat (such as more wholegrains etc?) and exercise to improve my pole dancing? I am wanting to become a great dancer with lean muscles and great pole technique what is your advise on how i can achieve this?I would love to hear back from you,
