  • Questions about the pole I ordered…

Posted by kidd on October 22, 2012 at 4:17 pm

Hi everyone!  I was looking for a thread about this (I'm sure there is one, but I couldn't find it), but I ordered a pole from through StudioVeena, and was curious about shipping /delivery times…   has anyone ordered a pole through the site, and how long until you recieved it?  Also, did you get an email when it has been shipped?

I get very anxious when I order things online and tend to track packages on a twice daily basis, and since I've been wanting a pole for such a long time I'm super neurotic about shipping, etc…

If there is another thread on this feel free to post the link.

    Thanks!! 🙂

Our orders ship directly from the X-Pole warehouse and are transmitted there immediately after you place your order.  Typically it takes about 2 to 3 days for X-Pole to ship the pole at which point you will receive tracking information for your order.

Once it has shipped it will take between 2 and five days to arrive at your door.

@littlelindsay – Our Canadian orders actually ship from X-Poles Canadian warehouse and have the same shipping times associated with them.  The difference with canadian orders is that it can take two days longer for us to get shipping informaion.  Often times our Canadian friends have their poles before tracking info is available to for the pole.
