I could swear I've seen this before… here! Seems to be same manufacturer.

600 bucks is expensive though, definitely not in the budget for my Santa https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_santa.gif:(

Yes, I guess it was out before. They had stopped production and reintroduced it. I agree on that price. That’s a very heafty investment. Back to the grind I suppose. Lol.

Wonder if you could make one from PVC pipes…..

PVC bends too much and will not withstand the amount of pressure you would put on it in trying these moves.

Damn!! Need a cost effective way to stretch. Maybe I’ll look into getting a Barre bar.

$100 for an aerial yoga set up that works for ceilings 8-10 feet tall:

Gravity/Veena's videos/many dvds out there/resistance band/resistance stretching books/videos.  No piece of equipment is going to help you if you do not use it.  We all want to believe that there is some magic pill/piece of equipment out there that is going to make us super flexy but all we need is time and effort.  If you do not put in the time and effort nothing is going to work.

Thanks. I really needed to hear that. I’m sooooo bad at making time to stretch. I own at least 10 different stretching videos.

Wow!  That's expensive for such basic equipmetn.  You could totally make that with some steel threaded pipe and elbows from home depot for a small fraction of the cost.

I have used an aerial yoga apparatus for amost 4 or 5 years, the hand straps by far have been the BEST way for me to stretch without getting pressure point issues like on the floor.  I use gravity to help me get deeper.  It's like if there isn't the floor resistance, I can go appx 7-8" deeper than on the floor!  It's crazy!

Soooo many pieces of equipment for exercise and stretching…hey, even for baby, are not necessary, or worth the money. They give promise of, better flexibility, more strength, a happier baby and really, consistency could be the best "tool" you could ever use! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
