Chopsticks vs Jade and the Eagle
Hi everyone!
Does anyone know how to get a flatter jade or chopsticks, i have an oversplit on both legs but i cant seem to transfer this to pole.. I know for chopsticks its hamstring strength to bring up the back leg but i feel im missing something in the positioning..? For the Jade i have no idea how to get flatter, i think my position is incorrect?
Also for the Eagle i have the weirdest problem, i can't twist my arm to pull my leg? I can do a standing split with my leg in front of me and i can also do it with a friend holding my leg up behind me but the arm twist just confuses me…
Any help would me much appreciated, also there's the pics on my profile xx
