OK I’m looking for tips to link moves cum out of moves and descend to the ground. I found recently all my pole has turned to is being about learning tricks or strenth training.im now feeling I lost the reason of why I started pole n its turning more to a challange than fun n dance. I’m feeling rather irritated my pole at home is static n struggle to link spins in as well as I do at class on spin. I’ve have a nice drop I lernt. ( sad dancer drop but just dosent feel half as nice on static ) 🙁 xxx

Veena has a bunch of routines where things are linked together.  I get inspiration from just watching videos.  There are so many ways to link moves and I like watching those that do things in ways I never would have thought of.  There is something to be said about studios that teach routines or have a freestyle portion of their class.  I ahve so many "tricks" that I can do but very few of them ever make it in to me dancing unless I am preparing for a performance.

There are a lot of threads here about freestyling.

Are you struggling on combo spins because your pole is on static?

I’m gone look at veena lessons as soon as my internet is up and runing at home. I’ve also asked my stidoeo to do a freestyle work shop soon :). I have loads of ideas innu head but when it cums to do it my brains empty xxx
