I use to get this when I first started you need to be pulling well with the too arm so your weight is not just resting on the botoom arm . I use to were a wrist support too. Also punchin a cussion helped. There are a few disscusions on he with tips for strengthening wrists xx

The biggest part of split grip is proper technique.  You really should not be using that bottom hand for support in any way, it should just be used to push your body away from the pole.

If you have the technique down then I strongly suggest getting wither a powerball or wrist roller.

    The Ball seems interesting!
I can do that with no pain in static mode, but I realize that my wrist twisted when Im in spin mode, especially when spinning for few rounds. Is that mean my wrist is not strong enough?

Make sure your shoulders are square and pretty much level with each other. We just practiced grips in class today 🙂
