Help:Pre and post warm up/down stretching routines!
Hi everyone!
This is my first offical post on the site! Ive been going to pole classes once a week since July and I LOVE it!! I had a baby girl in march and wanted to do something that would help me tone back up a bit and even though I also do ballet I wasnt finding it helped much as its quite a casual class.
Pole has been so amazing! Im really into it, all other excersise activities Ive ever done have always been a little bit of an effort to be motivated about. It been sooooo different! All i can think about is pole dancing all the time, I spend all my time on the PC looking up pole related stuff, I cant wait to get my own at home!
Anyway Im rambling. My question is whether anyone can give me advice or pointers on what kind of excersises I could use on a daily basis to help my progress with flexibility? Im hoping to get a routine sorted to use as a warm up/down when I pole more regularly.
Any ideas woulf be great =)
