Christmas Tree Split Progress?

I will be the first to say that I have lost my splits and have not committed ANYTHING to get them back. I might start stretching for them next week, but we will see. So I will be the first to say, that I probably won't have them. But I will, just probably not before Christmas. Good luck to all you getting close! KEEP ON SPREADING THOSE LEGS!!!!!!!

I'm 4inches from the ground the groud on my left side and 5inches on my right. I think I might get there.

I've hit the ground! I've got both sides, but I need to square my hips.. I just need a tree! 🙂 <33

I am flat on one side but not squared and NOT happy. LOL! I am about 2 inches on the other side if that and not squared. I am working with a yoga block to help all that.

I can get a flat split on one side, but only after working out for at least an hour. I always end with them. About 4 inches to go on the other side. Have never tried middles. Stretching by the TV tonight! Spread 'em!

I lost my right side when I pulled my hamstring and it seems to be taking forever to get back to normal. Ugggg! And I am the same way Saphyre. I have to be extremely warmed up to get the other side flat. My middle splits are hurting from my hammy pull as well. I have doing light stretching every other day, trying to avoid the injury but it's so frustrating!!! On the plus side, I have been doing back and shoulder stretches and they seem to be getting better.

Agh, I partially tore my right hammie too, it's been two months and ive lost so much flexi on that side 🙁

Still working at them, but feeling like I'm making some progress! Just have to pick it up a bit more. Hamstrings are probably my worst problem… but then again, I'm pretty far away from my middle splits, too.
I keep pluggin' away though!

Ok after posting earlier that I haven’t stretched once, I thought ill check where I am already. Right leg forward, left back 7 inches to go and that’s COLD, pretty pleased with that! Left leg forward is more like 15 inches away and box is no where near measuring!

I’ve been stretching intermittently, had one amazing session where I was only about an inch on my good side then got the flu and had to take 2 weeks off 🙁 lost any real progress I’d made!
I didn’t measure my starting point but I have pictures, need to take some more this week!

I was doing really well for awhile but I've been off the wagon for about a month. I'm on holidays this week though, so I'll try to get my stretch on a couple times and see how I'm doing. I was getting pretty close, I think I just started getting busy. Oh well, back at it. 🙂

I’ve been slacking…havent seriously stretched in 3 weeks! My husband is trying to get me back on track though, so I might still get them but probably not by xmas 🙁
