Yay Yay Yay!
Just got my pole back a few weeks ago, and I've been at a complete loss as to where to start teaching myself, since I no longer have lessons. I was a little intimidated, and a little worried that I'd get discouraged, but I felt like dancing tonight and decided to try an outside leg hang, and I got it! This is the first inverted pose I've tried, other than a cross knee release, and it worked, and I'm just so EXCITED!
