Sitting pain
Does anyone get really red and bruised inbetween your thighs after doing sitting types of moves on the pole? Even if I am very warmed up and the pole is after 2-3 moves my inner thighs are beet red and I have even got instant bruises after doing inverted Crucfixs. The pain is also driving me from not even doing them! I have tried using lotions (recommend on here not to be greasy) and have tried doing the move slightly different on my thighs (but that is kind of hard to do when inbetween moves LOL!) Does it sound like I am doing it wrong or something else? My thighs are very flabby… not tone in the least and I was thinking it was because of that and nothing I could do about it.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
