Hiya I’m Sasha I’m new to this site so glad I found it as a lot of the post are interesting.
I have using my xpole for about 6 weeks now attempted to climb this week didn’t get very far but achieved some bruises wonder if anyone could give me tips on improving upper body strength as I have already been doing push ups an have seen a big improvement as I struggled to do one at the beginning
