  • Grip Aids for Brass Poles?

Hi! I didn't see a discussion like this yet, and am looking for a little advice. I learned on and own a Chrome X-Pole, but moved and the new studio I'm going to uses Brass poles. When I used my usual grip combination – tite grip on the hands, itac on the pole – it was more slippery than without the grip aids. Apparently itac is good for chrome, bad for brass. Does anyone have suggestions for grip aids for a brass pole?

corn huskers lotion on the body works for me…I've not had any luck with my hands so I cannot help you there. Try dirty girl poletice and mighty grip

Dry hands. And lots of it… I like Dirty Girl Poletice too, just bought some and have been using it every pole session…
Side note: my brass pole has been crazy slippery since the weather has been cooler.
Pixi had the same issue with her brass with the weather and she got hers powder coated and is doing fine now.
