Ok so I have been thinking about pole compitions in the uk. I’m working a lot on my confidence of performing in front off people and think this could be a step for something to work towards. So I have been looking at miss pole dance uk ammiture. I have been poling for less than a year and it says this is the catagre for some one who isn’t use to beeing on stage or performing. Has any one took part in this or has any advice.thanks girls 😀

I'd start with UKAPP UK Amateur Pole Performer. There is a heat in Manchester later this year. Starting with a local comp (or one with regional heats like UKAPP) is a good idea since you're not going straight in for a National comp, get to meet polers that are based close to you, and have a good local support.
