Looking for pole buddies in the CT area!
My friend and I are taking pole fitness classes at https://www.facebook.com/AerialArtsFitness?group_id=179991938696823 in Jewett City, CT. We currently go Monday and Friday at 5:30 pm and every other Saturday at 12 pm. We really want them to add a 5:30 pm class on Wednesdays, and they told us that if we could get a few more people to go on Wednesday they would! (My friend is also moving in March so I need another workout buddy too!) Your first class is always FREE and it's a KILLER all body workout. The instructor, Katie, is pretty awesome and every class has been a blast! They have New Years Promotion going on right now! Yea!!! finally something in southeastern connecticut, now just need something on the shoreline. Can't wait to check it out. Not able do it right now but possibly in a month or so. Thanks for posting the info
