Alternative name for ‘Dragon’ move
Hey ladies wondering if anyone can help. I’ve just started learning a move that my studio calls the dragon but I can’t find any pictures online so wondering if it has a different name. Its a bit like an allegra but you keep your top leg bent on the pole like in scorpio/inside leg hang and generally dont have to bend quite as much from what I can tell. Thanks 🙂

The bottom arm holds the pole instead of going behind to the leg as well

Like this? I have heard it called the Katerina Arch or the Opposing scorpio – I call it twisted scorpio.

I've seen Jamillas "gemini stretch" being called the dragon. It's an inside leg hang with the inside arm on the pole next to the leg and the outside arm on the pole above the head.
