    Hi girls. The studio i go too has just been refurbed with new taller poles. But spin mode is super fast. I no that sticking sumthing out helps slow but its not helping. Say i up the pole invert go to a gemin its really fast when i switch legs it gets faster rhen if i drop into crusfix its so fast its scary. Any tips will be great xxx
