the grid foam roller is my new boyfriend <3
I love this product! I would buy five if I had the space for them. I have had it over a year and it still works great, and has not caved in at all. I have heard of the larger one splitting in half but I have the smaller model and I have no complaints. I bring it with me when I travel because if i don't foam roll every day I don't feel right! It has helped me with flexibility for sure and I always recommend it when people ask me about how i got my splits. The plastic puts more pressure on you but it's a good hurt and feels so awesome on super sore muscles. Also I had a foam one from target or somewhere and crushed it permanently in 3 uses. The plastic under this one prevents that. So it's a bit more pricey than regular ones but totally worth it. The pattern on it feels great under sore muscles too. I was just cradling it like a baby and proclaiming how much I love it to my fiance who does not care so I figured I would come spread my awesome review to people who might find it useful!!

my bf got me the small black one for christmas, it's great, fits in my gym bag too!

lol he does not care because he does not use it. My husband and I tend to fight over ours at the end of the workout. I am hoping to get him one for his birthday next month.

Lol he does use it sometimes actually! I think he just goes on mute after I’ve been blabbering about pole for more than five minutes 😉

Almost bought one in December but couldn't justify the cost whilst buying Christmas presents. I tried it right there in the store and I loved it! I must go buy one, now!

Honestly I didn't see a lot of differnt kinds of grid rollers. -
