  HELP!! Big girl wants to try pole classes in NY

  Im really interested in taking some pole classes but I feel sort of imtimidated because of my size. I just wanted to know if anyone could recommend a studio to me with a non intimidating environment.

  If you want to drive out to Commack, LI Fitness has a really welcoming and supportive atmosphere and there’s ladies there with all shapes and sizes. It’s exit 55 on the LIE.
